Full services include solar and generator back-up power, hot and cold running water and full septic. Large, low maintenance, wrap-around decks lead out to a beautiful screened gazebo and are the perfect spot to savour the breath-taking views of the ships passing by St. Joseph, Neebish and Sugar Islands.
The North Cabin guest cottage is serenely nestled in the trees and provides a sandy swimming area and additional sleeping quarters. With abundant walking trails, all areas of the Island are easy to explore and a variety of benches have been placed in strategic spots for taking in the views! This exceptional island can be conveniently accessed via a short boat ride from Richards Landing Marina or the developed mainland lot on MacDonald Drive, also available for purchase.
