A unique coffee-table book showcasing the world’s 101 hottest private island rentals is due to hit the shelves later this month – Private Island News gives you the lowdown on this cool compendium.
Following up on the success of Luxury Private Islands (2006) and the best-selling The World of Private Islands (2011), the Vladi Private Islands team has once again joined up with coffee-table publishers extraordinaire, teNeues, to produce a brand new compendium: Cool Private Island Resorts – The World’s 101 Best Islands.
Promising to be bigger and better than its predecessors, Cool Private Island Resorts isn’t actually due to hit the shelves until November and currently remains shrouded in secrecy. Fortunately for our lucky readers of Private Island News, however, we managed to get our hands on a copy of the book and are ready to spill the beans in a world exclusive!
Calling in at a whole host of truly majestic resorts and sun-drenched beach bungalows, this luxury coffee-table book promises a peek through the keyhole of the private islands of David Copperfield and Richard Branson and takes a time out on the exotic island escape where Prince William and Duchess Catherine spent their romantic honeymoon in 2011.
With each and every one of the islands hand-picked by Mr. Island himself, Farhad Vladi there was never any danger of the “world’s best” boast being an exaggeration, but it seems the Hamburg-based broker has excelled himself this time, with page after page of stunning photography sure to inspire you to start your very own island-hopping adventure.
Including a terrific travel section home to both at-a-glance information and comprehensive details about how to book your own Cool Private Island Rental, the book is the perfect stocking-filler for jet-setters and daydreamers alike. An accompanying app with fully-integrated reservation system is set to follow in 2014, leaving readers free to explore the island world at home, on the go and in person.
We’re still sworn to secrecy about which islands have made the final cut, but can promise that as well as seeing some familiar faces, you’re in for a few surprises. Which islands would make your Top 101? Drop us a line and let us know!
